Advance Payment
This service requires 100% advance payment before work begins. No work will be started until the payment has been successfully received.
Eligible Business
The business must be genuine, legally operating, and eligible for a Google Business Profile according to Google’s policies. We do not create or verify profiles for fake, misleading, or prohibited businesses.
Accurate Business Information
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate business information, including the business name, address, phone number, website, business category, operating hours, and any other required details.
Verification Requirements
Google may request additional verification, including video verification, phone verification, email verification, or document verification. The client must fully cooperate and provide the required information to complete the verification process.
No Guarantee of Verification
Google Business Profile approval and verification are controlled entirely by Google. While we follow Google’s best practices, ShadowTech Solutions cannot guarantee profile approval or successful verification.
Account Suspension
If a profile is suspended, rejected, or restricted due to inaccurate information, policy violations, fake details, prohibited business categories, or actions taken by the client, ShadowTech Solutions will not be held responsible.

The client must respond promptly to all requests for information, documents, or verification. Delays in communication may extend the project completion timeline.
Service Completion
Our service is considered complete once the agreed Google Business Profile setup has been delivered. Any additional work requested afterward may be subject to extra charges.
Refund Policy
Payments made for this service are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by applicable law.
